Buried Downspout Discharge — Corrugated Flexible Pipe

$2,503.24
50/50 — $1,251.62 deposit to schedule
✓ SELECTED Option 2 · Estimate #1405

Buried Downspout Discharge — Solid White PVC with Cleanout

The same single 163 LF line in solid white PVC laid straight and on grade so debris flows, plus a cleanout at the junction where all six downspouts tie in.

$4,186.24
50/50 — $2,093.12 deposit to schedule
Same scope either way — the pipe material is the difference, and the solid PVC adds the cleanout. Select the one you want; the page and the PDF follow your choice.
Included Scope of Work — Option 1 · Corrugated Flexible Pipe
  • Buried Downspout Discharge — six 3 in. × 4 in. downspout extensions connected into one single buried 4 in. corrugated (flexible) discharge line, 163 linear ft total. All six downspouts (three on the side opposite the garage, three on the garage side) tie into the single line.
  • Downspout Extension — each 3 in. × 4 in. downspout cut to length at the wall and fitted with a 3x4 shoe/adapter onto the 4 in. buried pipe, the pipe run out from the foundation on grade to the connection point, the trench backfilled and the ground restored.
  • Sidewalk Crossing — the single line is trenched away from the house and under the sidewalk toward the street, hand dug under the walk with no concrete cutting, graded so the water drains away from the foundation.
  • Pop-Up Emitter — one emitter at the end of the line on a bed of #57 gravel, clear of the foundation and graded so the lid sits at the surface: it pops open when it rains and stays closed between storms so surface water, dirt and mulch stay out of the line.
